Sorry for the delay!

This is a big improvement over the last version. it's nice and clean and simple and I like the lighter look and feel. I also think that you've done a really good job with the logo. I am getting a lot of horizontal scrolling with window width around 800 px but I assume you'll fix that in the real version.

The big problem I see here is that it's not clear what this site is. "Everything you need - for what? It's extremely vague. Even your navigation headings don't tell me much about what the site has to offer. I think you need to create a good tagline that accurately describes what you have there. The tagline on the old version is "your total online resource". Again - for what?

One problem with this layout is that it does look a little unbalanced with one sidebar much wider than the others. Take out some fo the text on the right and you'll be able to narrow it down some. The login box should have a register link nearby. On the left side, links should look different from plain text. Make them another colour or do something with them so people know they're clickable.

ETA: I edited your post title to conform to our posting agreement.

Its ok, I dont love the two blue bars on the left and right.. they dont really match the banner. It looks pretty good though, gj
