The site is very nice, easy navigation and quick to load etc.
I am not sure about the handshaking image though, not very inspired.

I personally like it very much.
I think that the polish opening page might turn off a few customers just because they don't want to bother with finding out if it is in english too.
But once people have viewed your page I think that they will like it and I think that I might just be able to use some of your services.
Probably a 7-8

As a previous user said the pic is a little too much, and you really have to go through your English page. A spell checker will get some basic spelling mistakes, and then have someone who speaks good english to proofread for you, as you have many grammatical errors.

As an example, probably your worst sentence is :
"I created my first web site with C++ course in 2003. After a year I created the brand new site also with C++ course which is very popular also nowadays."

Hi pitbull82 ! The site looks good in design. But i feel somewhat dull in look. Moreover the default language should be in english. If the site suits the needs of Poland people, its fine then. Just have a glance at spellings. "I have a few year experiace " instead of experience. With grammatical mistakes in the english version, the site needs to be professionaly made.

I like the fact that the colors are easy on the eyes and navigation of the site is very straight forward and easy to get around. Also it is nice that you have the language translation built into the site! I think you should leave out the extra details you have under name beside the picture and just leave smarty mysql php programmer, to crowded in my opinion. Put it in the about section if you have not already.
Thank you,
Jason

I've encounted at least 15 cookies (which I keep refusing), session cookies, counter cookies and other junk.
your promoting your skills, so why all the cookies? why the third party stat counters? can't you make your own counter?
The text along the top yells "spammed keywords", and what inforces this is they are repeated a couple of inches lower (beside the image)
Only the index page is in English, non of the other links are. maybe because I refused all of your cookies, but search engines don't except cookies ...
From just the above two things it seems you are all back end and no front, so even though you can do xhtml and css you can't follow through properly. (I'm looking at this from a employer)
The site it self is clean and tidy but the navigation text is very small and repeatative. the index page has "about me" section on it, yet the side navigation also has a "about me" link. It's not in english so can't read it, ditto with the "experience". First impressions would be not to go look at those other links because you have already displayed them on the index page and with the keyword spamming probably wont be very interesting.
The contact page (isn't in english), i see the last word is e-mail but there is nothing on there that looks like it is an email address, how about offering a contant form. You have to remember the internet is world wide, say I wanted to hire you, with the time differences etc would you be happy getting a call at 4am to discuss a contract or whatever? As a employer I'd have to hunt down the time zone your in, probably have to stay up late myself to call you .... if you had a form or email address I could contact you without either loosing sleep.
I don't know if I would add the fact you are a student, you can do the work (we can see this) but saying your a student makes you appear less skilled - hard to explain. I'd loose teh student part on the index at least and on about you page just have something like "I am studying computer science" so it appears you are doing that as well as - to boost your knowledge instead of appearing inexperienced.
Good luck
