I agree, my first impression took my gaze right to the text that looks cut off, and that happened before I read all the posts on this topic.
In the terms of service, you say 'welcome' in the first paragraph and then again in section 1. It feels redundant. Like maybe you forgot that you already told us 'welcome'. Just a little thing.
In the benefits section:
"You make an upfront payment before your program goes live"
Is this really a benefit? Why would I want to pay a chunk of cash upfront? (I realize this is the norm, but is it beneficial?)
I don't understand this bullet in the benefits section:
Quality creative, like banners, buttons and text ads

Just looking at the site very quickly....I like the big effect with few items to view....I would change the 2 large pics on the site...I am sure that you can afford to find some stock pics that would have a better appeal.
I noticed that the are part of the team....but they don't (in my mind) project the right corporate look for the main page of the site.

I personally like the cut off wording on the top, wether you meant to do it intentionally or by accident, I like how it cuts into the site.
I agree with the stock photo thing, those images don't really have anything to do with an affiliate network.
Color wise and font wise, I found the site pleasing to the eye and while I only had a few minutes to look at it, it is a site I will be back at later to look at more deeply

Good site. I like the banner. However, although the index page looks great, most of the inner pages completely lack design. Just the top banner and text... I dunno, seems a little plain to me. You can stick to your arrows and add a little life to the other pages with a some ingenuity. The use of color and the cut-off text are somewhat modern design patterns, so keep to this theme. I think you're on the right track.

I agree with others that the top text looks to be cut off, I can see the effect you might be going for but maybe consider cutting off a bit less. The design is nice and simple and gets the point accross very quickly.
but I would fix the body tag , add the background attribute and remove the empty ONLOAD event.

I like the site's colors layout and the text, but it looks like the Big text at the top is cut off

Looks great, agree with tenchi_63, you need to add something to other pages. They look dull compared to your home page.

I think it looks good and serves its purpose of serving as a affliate program exchanging point and suppling necesary information for both parties.
