I would replace the light blue with white behind the topics, threads, etc. although, the site looks great as it is.

I'm not sure why you are posting for the review since you didn't actually design it. It's a phpBB template that I've seen many times before.

i do like the design, even if you design it or some one else but i like it. the colors i like them.

I think for any smaller website to make it today it needs to do one thing and do that one thing very well. That one thing is "Focus". For example, you have a forum on "Tech Jobs", maybe your could start a "Tech Job" forum and build from there. Better yet would be a "Tech Jobs in a particular field". Find a niche and carve it.

I have to agree with twist. I see too many sites these days that are just forums.
It might just be me, but imo a forum should supplement a site, not just be the entire site. I know there are people who will disagree with this and they are entitled to their opinions

I took a quick look and all looks good, altough i feel that your logo could stand out a bit more as the low contrast clashes a little with the dark background.
