Loads fast.
some suggestion.
1) You could write if it supports broken download(resume support)
2) While uploading the file. It would be nice if there is a indicator on the percentage file that have been uploaded.
3) Viewing all the file uploaded seems to be a new concept but would'nt it be allowing others to see the entire content of your upload files? (privacy)
thanks;)

Looks clean.
I think you should align the textboxes on the upload page though, because now it feels a bit unordered.

Hi,
this is a very simple looking site, i think you need to have some sort of design, give the site a theme or something. its good what your offering, but im not sure whether it will really take off like you would like it to unless you have a good solid design....just my opinion of course.
Good luck with the site.
Kind Regards,
Andy MacDonald

@icadea: i agree with you.. but making a file upload progress meter is not easy.. you must either use pearl or patch php
@PaqizeUK:
Rewrite your terms of service as soon as possible!
1.) You may not upload any files that are considered illegal in your country.
--> you shouldn't care about the user's country.. but the one you have your server/bussiness in!
2.) I think you should declare that you are a "hosting service provider".. its clear but wouldnt be bad to mention that.
Add more things as that you have no obligation to become active in a dispute.., that you may remove
You should state your take down procedures.. as you will be troubled with copyright infringements over time.
Also make an abuse-address availible!
Next to the upload-link you have the text "By uploading your file, you agree to our terms of service.".
I know.. I have it too.. just to remind people. But you do know that you dont need to place it there again since the user automaticly accepts your terms of service if he stays on your site and you have a link to them on some part of the page..
I also would advise you to carefully read laws about hosting service liability from your country.
Once you have all the legal stuff done give the site a nice fresh design.. make some
Oh.. I just noted you provide access to the files uploaded to your service! REALLY REALLY BAD IDEA. That would mean that you are providing content dude! So you are fully liable for any copyright infringements...
GET THAT OFF ASAP.
Regards

another thing..
I hope you calculated your revenue / bandwidth
Try to stay profitable or you wont be able to last long. Try to increase the file-size limit.

and yes i understand what you said with the limit, but the problem is i only have 5000 megs, ill be switching hosts soon, and get 75,000 megs webspace, once the site starts to get anough visitors, ill be setting up a membership option which would cost them money but also have the free hosting on the side.

about your design:
add this to your CSS:
body{
padding-left:0px;
padding-right:0px;
}

about user logs:
You should record the uploader's IP and host-address with every upload.. also the time of upload.
about your hosting package.. once the service starts getting used you wont be able to live long without your own dedicated server and a fast line. trust me I know
try moving earlier then you need to.. every server move is a pain
