Nice looking site but....
First of all, you need a logo to fill the blank space at the top left above the "catagories" section.
I am not crazy about the color that you have used for the middle section (the grey/blue color). It doesn't really match the other blues that you have used. As well as the blue/purple color the contains the copyright part at the bottom. I like the blues but too many different shades isn't good in my opinion.
I like the slanted shadow effect you used for the different catagory headers. Takes a little getting used to but I like it.
The "Top Scripts" page has a rather large horizontal scroll bar at 800X600 and the "New scripts" page has a small horizontal scroll. I didn't check all of the pages so you may want to check for that on all of them.

That slanted shaddow effect is weird!!!! It gives the impression not of straight horiztonal lines but lines that kind of go like this:
____
/ \
Not such a drastic slant but it's the best I can do.
I am getting a rather large horiztonal scrollbar at 1024x768 in Opera 6.
I do like the colours you've chosen, except maybe that brownish one at the bottom. It would be a neat idea to do the pages of each of those sections in the corresponding colour - so everything under "services" would be on a green background, "custom programming" would be pink, "Pricing" that tan colour... or just have some elements that change colour depending on which section you're in.
I definitely agree that you need a logo. On the top scripts page some of the listings under ASP are just URL's - should probably be more descriptive titles like the others. I'm going through the PHP articles here and with so many there's got to be a better way of organizing things. I wonder if you could maybe divide these into sub-categories or something to make things easier. I'm also finding the "write a review" and "tell a friend" buttons in there to be rather intrusive. Plain text links or smaller buttons with lower contrast against the background would be better. I mean - my eye is drawn to those buttons not the actual page content. I'm having a hard time focusing on what I want to read.
Oh yeah - Welcome to TWF. We'd appreciate it if you could help us out and review some other sites.

Welcome Valery,
If you could help us out with reviewing some others sites that would be most appreciated.
Different effect it has to be said. Not sure if I like it or not, kind of makes me feel like the dotted lines are perforations and that someone has started pulling the coloured tags off the page!! Cetainly gives the page a depth.
I'm also not sure about the colour of the center section but can't think what colour would go better as white would look too start I think. My only other thought, apart from what the others have said, is that at larger resolutions that center section looks a bit stretched and therefore bare.
Just also noticed that on the design page the header part of the page is swapped around with the search above the links, I'd say keep it the same as the first page. Also the spacing here seems to vary page to page so on some there is a lot of space between the top links, the search and the main part.
Link Us should really read Link To Us and the IT Career Center page looks a bit jumbled but not sure if that's yours!

Hm. I take it the big empty space at the top of the page is for a banner ad?
I don't like the white text links on the main table. It doesn't quite stand out enough for me.
I also think you need to make the logo bigger or bolder. Maybe put it on a different tint? It doesn't stand out as much as it should, IMO.
Also, take a look at the site with a smaller monitor (i.e. smaller resolution). Looks good on a 17" 1024 x 768 but shrinking my browser window does make the site bundle up. Maybe you should consider fixed-width tables instead of percentage points. This will ensure the site is viewed the same in all monitors.
Apart from that, the site looks good. But ultimately, with this kind of site, I think your visitors will judge by the quality of your content. But accessibility of information is also important, and your site sure does a good job of that.

Hi,
IMO, the site looks sleek and professional, very pleasing on the eye...generally.
But the white links in the centre column are quite strainful on the eyes. Perhaps a darker shade of blue for the bg could do the trick.
Or perhaps you could bold the links?

Ouch, I like it pretty good except for a few things. The main thing is that it should be tested in Netscape 4.78. I am not sure of the problem but you have a HUGE horizontal scrollbar. It looks like that it scrolls somewhere in the 10,000 pixel range. I did like the 3-D effect. I am not sure though why the services links are indented more than the Categories. I would also change the top navlinks rollover color from black since it fades into the darker blue more and is harder to read. A logo would be nice also.

have you thought about placing a black border (thin) around the center table on the index? could just help break the sections up and make the colors stand out more.
in NS6 the "send us info" box has a large scroll bar when message displayed, disapears whn you focus it (click on it)but is still twice as wide as IE's one, because of this width the left table is wider than the middle and right upsetting your alignment.
found an error, when i click on the add info box the focus (cursor) went to the box, now i cant get the dang thing out, cant get focus out of the box , hiting tab just tabs the line in the box, ok dont know what i did (was just about to close NS6) but it came free, still may want to take a look at that.
(all browsers) and i think this may have been mentioned, but the home link up top looks aligned right, with the rest centered

It looks very professional. The effect on the titles was an interesting twist that I hadn't seen before. The white text on the light blue background probably would have made me skip right over your site though. There needs to be more of a contrast. It seemed to be spaced very nicely, and is very well organized. It does look like there is something missing at the top, but a banner or logo should fit in there nicely.
