The first thing I couldnt work out is why is it called BakerSocial???

Is your site using Drigg?

I think you may want to pad your site out with a more user friendly homepage which gives a better impression about what you are about and what you offer.

There seem to be a lot of different sections to the site which have totally different templates - it makes it feel uncomfortable to navigate.

I really like this design (http://bakerlayouts.com/site/index.php/freelance) the design of this page is much better than the others. I would recommend using this design throughout your site. It looks more professional.

I personally find the design a bit 'loud' in that there's very severe contrast between the black and gray backgrounds, light blue, and white; the hard edges of your graphical elements furthers the harshness. The colour scheme doesn't provide focus to what you're trying to serve: your submitted links.

On smaller screens there's only one submitted bookmark visible at the bottom of the screen. It may be a good idea to put in a second column and put the "Share what you have.." text and the top 10 links in the right column, allowing more submitted links to be visible in the left column. Look at places like Digg, Reddit, and Boing Boing to see what I mean. You may also want to put the screenshot of the submitted link inside the white block, as it looks strange tacked on to the right hand side as it is now.

I like the simplicity of the site in that there aren't may extraneous elements, and the information is presented in a straightforward way.
