Could someone check out http://www.javaplace.co.uk and tell me whether it looks ok and more to the point professional? I am trying to make a respected javascript site that will get a respectable number of hits so i redisgned the site to make it more user-friendly. Could someone take a look for me?

I REALLY like the logo-- it looks very slick and very jazzy and the colors are great. However, in my opinion, the seemingly random way in which the navigation links are organized takes a few seconds to figure out what lines are connected to each other. I would suggest either a navigation bar or a navigation menu. At the very least, I would break up the list of navigation links into identifiable table cells. Also, the tables in your content areas are kind of plain looking. Maybe tinker with having something other than all white? An offwhite/ light yellow might complement the mustard color theme you have for the title bars of the tables.
Just my $0.02 of course

Minton,
Think if you are going to have a javascript site, should have at the very least a java scripted rollover nav menu.
Might also want to go through all your pages and do some spell checking and grammar checking.
