I like it much better then the old navigation system. You still need a good logo though.

seems to be left aligned, kinda threw me off. folks with bigger monitors must really think it's strange. a better logo would be nice also. other than that looks good.

i dont think that the color scheme works very well, the orange, the yellow, the blue, the green etc, you might want to make it more uniform!! the navigation is not bad, but the scetion on the left of the screen does not look good because of those buttons you have placed in it!!
