I've done a new design, you can find it at:
http://www.goodbookmarks.com/design/design.html

I've used percentage for the width of my tables so that it can suit users on different screen size.

If this design is good, I'll add more navigation buttons below the "Home" button.

Mm... I like the old one better.
Yellow just isn't the yankee doodle dandy for me.

To tell the truth there isn't enough of a difference between the to say "yep this one is better". However if I had to go for one I would say the old one..

Heres one idea you might want to bear in mind. I think the site would look better with fewer categories on the main page. You could filter down into more main categories and then expand once you get through the firsat page. I just think that there are too many categories that hit you straight away. Just something for you to have a think about. Kinda like Yahoo. Then you can still center them as a whole page site.

Just my humble opinion......

Nope, the last design you had us critique was much better. Here's a quick review.

1) The "web dev network" image is blurry.

2) You got rid of the large version of the logo. It looks empty there now with just a banner ad.

3) The menu looks tacky, like it was made in MS Paint or something.

In review, I think you should keep the old one.

Just keep the old one. All your designs basically look the same to me.

Banner has too much precedent.

Colors are interesting. Not alone but blue with gold and thats it? Just hits my eye wierd.

I've done some changes to the old design. The width are changed to percentage to fit on all screen sizes. And also, a new category arrangement.

Better. I like the big logo in the white area. I see your site mor than the banner above now.

People in this forums seem to be all over the lace when it comes to table sizes. I had mine in percent and people squawk, now they're in hard code. Oh well. I ty to please others too much.
