I would like you to review my website. OK the over kill on red white and blue was not good I think you will like this better. So how did I do?

I would change the way you are displaying all the links in the red part. I didn't know they were links until i went over them with the mouse, i thought it was just text.

You did great on the overkill. :freak:
May I ask why you purposely did this?

Overkill is an understatement. Definitely need to change it up a bit. I clicked right out of it because I didn't even want to see what it was about. If anything. Put white stripes in it to at least break it up a bit. I think you need to redesign it completely but the stripes would be a start.

You got the over kill right on Smiling

honestly thou I think youd be better to tone it down a little, its to in your face and a bit hard on the old eyes after a while.

The links are hard to work out at first (as mentioned), just using the first word or three is enough, and the links in Netscape 4.7 are just white, no underlines or mouseovers (hover)

the about you page is black and white, and centered, aligning it left is easier to read, plus at the bottom you have "close window", was this meant to pop up in a new window?

Yes you did the overkill right. Most of the text is too big. There are too many things moving. The site is not easy on the eyes either. To me I would think on a more subtle nature. Use red and blue as outline colors not as table colors. Or you could use blue text on a white background.

on a side note
you need to set all of your information apart from each other, it looks like it all runs together.

too many animations, *maybe* 1 flag but that's all.
scroll bar is too bright, and don't make links have a blue hover background, it's too bright.
too many links, what's the point of those to search engines at the bottom?

I have to scroll to see all the text on 800*600 resolution. If you resize the table and make it a little smaller that would be better.

And the other comments are good. So listen to them if you want and try again. Just remember that it's your page and it is you who decide finally how it's going to be. Some advice you take and some you don't care about. But I agree on the other comments you have gotten.

There is so much information on one page it is difficult to absorb it all. The design feels like it is being forced on me. People find it easier to read on the computer screen if the text is broken up into small paragraphs that don't run the length of the screen.

That flying USA is a little distracting while you are trying to read your text! It was a nice thought but you want people to not be distracted.

"American Photos of United States fedarel buildings."...
It is federal...Smiling But no worries, everyone makes spelling errors. Just make sure you use that handy little spell checker tool...or...have someone who is not familiar with the site do a read-thru before you put it up!...Smiling

Why do you have all the links to search engines at the bottom?

Your entire front page is made up of links! There is no explanation of what your page is about...Smiling

Have a nice evening,
