Number one after all this work, I would want my site to validate. It doesn't because you have omitted the Doctype, and chartset tags from your code.

Steve,
I appreciate that comment very much.. I had not mentioned that I have not optimized it for the search engines yet. It is still being developed.
Thanks Again

I thought they were selling Texas here, i hoped to Bid...
Clean and Neat Looking Site... Color Scheme matches well with Texas...
Items are displayed quite well... Anyways the layout is quite common, but also quite effective... Now The Map Logo with "Buy" word could have been moved nearer to "Texas.com"; and "Home could have been a little inside the body or somethin... Quite a good site though... The Words on the left and right of the search box seems too near and crowded...

Texas has many fine Artists. Those listed here a few of the excetpional ones. Not all but, some. Enjoy and let us know your comments. Pass on to us any Artists that you feel should be added. The final say is still our decision to make, we do appreciate any and all suggestions.

You should stll look it over and re-think how you want to word that, but the above will help to make more sense.

Two different types of font on the homepage, (first glance), should keep your theme on the suggest a site page. On the suggest a site page the title tags are out side of the head tags.
Else clean site

Hi Dawg,
Keep in mind everything that I am about to say is constructive criticism.
This is a website about great Texas artists. The over all look and feel as it is now, doesn't imply that it is, in my opinion.
The banner that I viewed is for golf balls. If you go to http://www.associateprograms.com you might be able to find an affiliate program that is more appropriate for an artists website.
Maybe your slogan could be something like "Texas finest artists".
Over all it needs some work here and there, but it's a good idea. You are focuing on a niche market.
So all the best and I hope this gives you some ideas.

I really appreciate the input that I have recieved and it is going to help going forward.
My effort is to help my Daughter, and I think she is on to something "featuring art". I have seen many sites doing well that feature a niche.. like Weddings. Weddings is a good example because froim I hear the ones doing well are doing very well.
I will work on the wording, and added more content (like a link "others" or "other artists").. the banner was an easy one to find using LinkShare.. I do think there are better choices. The suggestion page is an old page from another one of my sites, and I agree it needs to be changed,
Thanks again for the input
