I really like it!
You might want to consider using mouseovers - it would bring the page to life a little more.
Also the baby blue is a little too light. I would use a shade darker so it pops from the screen better.
But overall I really like the look!

Hmm, i darker blue might be better. I never thought of it though. And ideas for what i could put ont hat globe?

yep I say use a darker blue, and I think something on the worl img as it is very big for an img that is not really a logo as such.

Yes I agree with everyone else. A darker shade of blue or a background that would bring the current shade of blue to the foreground.

Yep, darker blue. You could change the globe to your logo or something, cause the world doesn't look right for some odd reason. I like it though.
