I think it looks great. I love the colors and the format. Very easy to use and navigate.

While the idea and function of it is all good a few things on the design aspect.

The bold on hover is annoying and not professional
The splash page is un needed
The 'lets start' security images are really hard to make out, I tried 4 times before I could make out the actual word
The 'finally' page has no button, is that because I blocked cookies or because I didn't do the 'lets start' bit?
Step 4 could have a few more options, not sure about there but here we can do normal schooling, then uni and/or tech courses, maybe an option to repeat that form layout a couple of times?
The 'finally' option is really jumpy

Maybe in version 2 you could add a spell check

I think i agree with that bit, but I need some visual cue with no grafix that lets visitor now its actually a link... some dont notice that the pointer arrow changes to a hand, so I went for the safe side. What do you suggest I do for visual cueing?

Completely agree, I really dont want to use a splash page but for this beta I used a splash because the script is stored somewhere else and I dont want to completely redirect.. (SE purposes)

A captcha image is supposed to be hard to make out, but notice that I actually use words as captcha to help out instead of random texts

Yes youre right, if you havent successfully done "lets start" the buttons would not appear... (less junk from bots)

Ill look into this, but notice I added an extra textbox incase you have other courses and certifications. You can do basic html layout there like bold, underline, italics... and also branch tags...

good idea, but i think it will slow down the process, ill delve deeper on this...

I appreciate the time you spent on giving feedback for my project, have a nice day.

Also is the output layout OK? its cross browser compatible and validated...

Thanks Again

Nice First Look. Color are so beautiful.
One thing i noted at front page at top the google ads are in defferent style.
How do you do this.

its a script inserted by the host, I just added a border-top on the css to have a line color... then customize the ads on the google panel...

The site is user friendly. I love the step by step layout. I don't agree with Busy about the bold thing, I think is ok but if you want to change this you might want to consider changing color when the pointer mouse over. In Step 3 sexual orientatio is misleading. I have never heard that any company require you to identify your sexual preferences. I think you should change that to "Sex: male or female". You might want to use a couple of drop down menus to simplified the use of these forms. Instead of manually adding you should use a wysiwyg editor.

i liked the website. everything you need is right there for you.

the one thing i didnt like though, was that the only way to close a one of the steps was by clicking another one. if possible i would make it so that it closes when an open step is clicked again.

other than that it looks like an easy site to use!

fasterfox reported it took 1.688 seconds to load on my sluggish cable connection

This was my intention, thanks. Im not gonna change the hover, since most feedback I got from actual users seem to be fairly positive...

I was thinking of this too, seems to be quite misleading aint it? and the drop-down suggestion is good, These changes would come in in beta2... Thanks for giving me insight

I tried using simple edit as a plugin for these, but it slows down my load time by 40% percent, Ill think of more ways to implement something, atleast with bold, italicised and underline controls

Thanks. Ill try implimenting what you suggested if I observe that the majority has some problems with this, thanks again
