Fill the empty space between and navigation, and round it off on the bottom of navigation
Maybe add a logo to the top there somewhere??
Just suggestions

It looks somewhat disjointed and like the colour has been washed out. I would say that you need to have one logo, not two Silver Tabs and take off the left hand one, bring the navigation up a bit and stretch the left/middle gridded box with the Silver Tab in it across the whole top. Add some colour to enhance the design, change the Times New Roman font to Veranda and pad out your table cells so that text isn't running right up against the side of the tables.

Good start for a first attempt Smiling

Pretty good for a first try. ONe thing I notice is that the text seems really crammed into those navbar boxes. Try to make more space fo them. Also make sure that all of the words are done in the same font (size, color, weight, everything should be the same there).

Next time, think about experimenting with some different colours. Also think about bringing things together more. Right now what you've got is four separate boxes - think about how you could connect things a little more and get away from the boxy look.

Not bad for a first attempt. Here are some things I would do on your next attempt. Add a little color into the graphics. Next move your navigation under the silver tab logo and bring life to your buttons in the way of rollovers. I would also add a tag line to your banner that would help indicate what your site does or what it is for. You need to sell the visitor on why they need to be at your site the time the lay eyes on it. Make sure the navigation is easy and obvious to the visitor as well. If not, they will leave. All this has to be done above the line. In other words, don't make the visitor scroll to find out what your site does and how to navigate.

G'Day Mankiy,
I'm a real fan or grey and black and Yours looks nice.
Things seem a little bit unarranged an what resolution are You building to as I have big horizontal scrollbar at 800x600.
Is it the size of the combined tables or graphics pushing tables wider than they should be maybe?
Hope this helps
