Please Visit and Review My Site.
If you have some free time, could you please review my site. I keep changing designs and this is actually an old one that isn't quite right. Could you please give me some feedback. I know I need to quit designing and start more effective promotion.

Well, first of all you need to get a better server - something without pop-up ads. It doesn't really cost that much to get your own domain and have it hosted.
As for your design, well.... it definitely needs an overhaul. Check out http://coolhomepages.com for some ideas of what good designers are doing these days. Your page looks very outdated. You need to learn how to make good graphics - the ones on your page look like they wen through the gif-shredder twice. These days business sites tend to go for a more streamlined look.
Oh, and I really hate it when sites tell me to bookmark them. I think I can decide that for myself, thank you!

Personally, I don't care for the textured backgrounds, it makes things too hard to read. Needs better looking graphics and more of them too. The pop-up windows were annoying too. Hope I wasn't too harsh.

thank you, thank you not too many tears flowing. I know it looks like crap. I need to invest in a better editor than frontpage I think. I am not to sure about graphics either. maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
I am looking into the domain name registration. Wyatt Web has a hosting program for $24 per month with everything. CGI, Search Engines, unlimited autoresponders, etc. Got any ideas on this too.
Sorry about the overload. I guess I just need someone to hold my hand!
Thanks alot

Interesting...
I will not waste my time with a list because I don't have much time to do this review.
First of all...get a new logo! This one sucks. (hope I can say that)
Next, add some more color.
Like I said add some more color. You should think of getting a domain because I wouldn't trust you.
One last thing put some more graphics. Instead of all that text.
Hope I helped.
I don't know where you guys see pop-ups I didn't get any. You know the Hypermart Banner can be placed at the bottom of the page instead of the top.

Hey thanks for all of your help(criticism)
Just kidding. No seriously, I guess it just takes some kicking in the right direction I suppose.
Here is the new site:

I think the LAYOUT itself is better, but the graphics still need some work. The font just doesn't really fit in with what the site is trying to do:
1. The gray nav bar continues past the red area on top of it in Netscape 4.6
2. As I said- change the font on the graphics!
3. Unless they have a good purpose, try to avoid the animated graphic.

The layout is good but its just the graphics that are horrible.
Go download paint shop pro for free at http://www.jasc.com
Also your search you have should just have the part where you just type in what you are searching for and then click "search" or "find". Get rid of the match and format or just make them hidden values. I would also highly recommend you find a better advertising program.

What if I just take off the graphic buttons and leave it like it is now. No animation is good animation, Right? I still like my picture and it took me some time to figure out how to get rid of the animation.

hey, what i meant about the advertising program was the adlandpro.com ads. They look really unprofessional. Also the lotto and scam free zone things are kinda cheesy looking.
It looks a lot better though without the hard to read graphics and the search.
I would just make the "Search our site!" text a little bit bigger and maybe in the font face of verdana, arial, helvetica.

I like it much better, although there are some problems.
The logo is better, but it looks crammed. I would suggest making it the whole width of the page, and then moving the "Searcg Our Site" part down into the main content part. Right now there is too much red up there.
Your ads are cheesy, like Travis said. A classified ads site and EZ-Lotto. Hmm. I would use Datais or Burst for ads.
The lines that seperate the different columns in your site arn't straight, but I don't know if you wanted them to be. They would look better 100% straight.
Content wise it's ok, but you have a lot of crap that has nothing to do with home business.
Overall it's a lot better then your last design, but there is room to improve!

Did you actually get a domain because I said to?
I like this one. It is nice. The top seems a little empty to me. I like how you added some color to it. Much better

Wow, thanks again for that breath of fresh air! Just joking, you guys are brutally honest aren't you?
Okay, I liked the lines, but I will change them.
Yes, I got a domain because I was pretty annoyed with the popups also and figure to be take seriously, ya probably ought to get one! So I did.
Also a someone recommended dids.com web hosting. Super fast, affordable price! Lots of neat stuff to play with.
Thanks for the personal referral.
I am working on content. Doesn't that usually come first? Integrating good content with all the other junk (I think someone said crap!) is probably the hardest part. or rather weeding out the bad content.
What do you recommend, crap wise to get rid of?
Comments, criticism and overall good humor is welcome.
Thank you so much for all the help!

Even better since the last time I saw it! Actually it is. The logo looks like you streched it, but it still looks better with the grey behind it.
I also like the straight lines. As far as organization goes, it's not organized very well. You have the real content mixed up with affiliate links, etc.. so it makes it hard to find the meat.
