Hmm. I have heard that two heads are better than one. But three HEADs in one document? I suggest a trip to the validator[1].
One thing I noticed is that is does not tolerate any increase in text size well. On my notebook, IE displays those FONT tag sizes larger than in Firefox and similar browsers, due to the 120 DPI setting. So it looks a bit broken in IE here, even at the "medium" setting.
i agree with goranbaxy. green color is not good. make it lighter. or change it if appropriate.
and your content should be centered aligned. and also use breadcrumbs at your site. they also look good.
Hi, First thing I see is the green. And thats all i can see. It hurts my eyes when trying to read the text on the page. You only need one head section!

Nice site. I think you can fix it up a bit by either changing/adding a background image to EITHER the spotlight area, or the welcome area. I think the header could just be cut up into two blocks and the 'if you love music!' could be regular text with some style.
I like the site the layout is great. The green is a bit bright on the eyes but its okay you did a great job!!! Great niche also your site should do well.
I also agree about the green, its very vibrant.
You need to look at your coding, there are 41 errors according to the W3C validator.
Maybe change your css to an external style sheet (it would make life easier for you).

ok no more green comments please...
You content seems messy to me. You should put some of the small stuff in the green area (or what ever color you change it to), such as the poll and the small google ad.
The home page looks nice but once you click on your links it takes you to another layout, one with broken links that isn't centered. That's in both IE and FireFox.
Make sure your images are copied into your new folder. W3C Error
same on every page

I don't like the green color, and it's you're primary color, it's hard to watch in it, can you change it?

It is a very impressive website but as over members have said, you only need one head section and the green puts me off your site abit.

The green needs to go. Also I don't like the fixed width being left justified.
