However, you could use just a little bit more color/graphics in the inside pages. Maybe retain the yellow circles throughout the site?
Also, I would go easy on the customers' testimonials. It's a good idea and it's good that your customers are happy with you, but some of them are too long and seem too good to be true. (I'm not saying that they're not true - just that it might look suspicious to some people). You could just keep them shorter. Putting the person's email is great IMO.
I don't really like those circles. It's a good idea, but the way that most of them are almost all the way off the edge just doesn't seem right to me. I would move them into the main area. Maybe try going a little further and overlapping circles in a few different sizes and colours. Also, they should probably be regular graphics, not a background(bad idea with the picture in the top right one- it repeats). And then it isn't there on the sub-pages, so they look really bare.
Another thing that would really help would be to finely adjust your colours so they look a bit more sophisticated. The three primary colours here look a little childish to me. This combined with the casual font you have on the logo make me think of kindergarten.
On your hosting packages page, people shouldn't have to scroll down to see your packages. That's what new visitors are coming to see. Put some links near the top of that page to the package descriptions. I also find it very helpful when hosting companies use a chart to list the features of their various plans. It makes it a lot easier to scan through. I would also make the price bigger and more prominent. Nice to see that you've got a currency converter link on there though!
Since you do have such long pages (usually not such a good idea for things like this BTW), it would be nice to have a text menu at the bottom of the page as well.
This is better than the last one though - keep trying
