Hi all, I just launched my new site and would appreciate any and all feedback.

The site is Prowebforms.com the design is a bit bare, I'm more a codemonkey than a designer and there are no pictures used on the site (I dont believe in posting pictures of people or places that have nothing to do with the site).

The meta tags and some page titles are standard across all pages via php at present and I will be waiting on traffic and SE indexing before analysing and tweaking those.

I tend to waffle on a bit and I'm wondering if the copy on my site is too verbose? do you get a clear message of what the site is about? Should I add some pictures?

Thanks in advance Eamonn.

I also tend to waffle on a bit when people don't read agreements when they first post this thread. I mean, before you posted this thread, there was an agreement you were supposed to read first, obviously, you didn't read it. It would really help us if you gave at least three other decent reviews as stated in the agreement you saw before posting this thread.

Welcome to the forums Smiling

BTW, please read the agreement you saw before posting this thread.

Ah, my mistake. Please delete the thread until I have met the criteria.

Sorry, Eamonn.

I think the site looks great. It is easy to navigate, very flashy. A little slow on the load, but overall looks great. The overall presentation of the information flows smoothly , and is very neat and organized.

Don't worry about the design being bare - it's clean and that is very good.

-On first impressions it seems great - and first impressions are vital.
-Perhaps an image or two on the front page to liven things up a little.
-I'm a bit stuck on this one. I like it but I know there's something missing. I think perhaps some images.

What do you other guys think?

Simple design, easy on the eyes...I like it! Smiling

I especially like the text/link effects you have done with CSS Smiling

You don't have to have some fancy design for your type of site. Smiling As long as it is professional, and you get to the point in your paragraphs, it should be a success. Smiling

Good luck with it!!! Laughing out loud

Thank you for the reviews folks.
It seems that what I termed a "bare look" is popular.

Heebiejeebieclu, I feel the same when I look at it (that it needs "something") but then I've been looking at it everyday for the last four weeks of development. I'm not sure about adding pictures, I hate to see sites (webhosting is a prime example) with smiling happy people on the index page that dont work for the company or pictures totally unrelated to the site.
I dont think posting a picture of my ugly mug in my cluttered office would help matters Smiling

Dynamite. I tend to lean towards your thinking, that the services and products I'm offering don't need a flashy type site.

Mostly I'm concerned with how the information is presented, too much, too little, total gibberish etc.
Tecknoh found it to "flow" so I guess thats a good aspect.

Once again thank you for taking the time to review my site.
