It was hard to find a flaw in this web site.
You may want to add a rollover effect on the "highlights" window also; since all the other links have rollover effects, a user may not realize that it is a link. A simple hover will do better.

I am do not think that the "site map" text at the bottom is necessary since it is already on the bottom menu.

Other than that, I think the web site looks very well made.

Nice!

1) i don't like the tabs effect either, but i do like how the text changes color.

2) the graphics are a little fuzzy.

3) on the sub-pages the header is just plain text, which i don't like. i would make a cool graphic or something. also, the text looks un-professional.

Thanks everyone for your help! I have the additional sitemap text link there because I heard that some spiders won't index a site though image links. Anyone know the truth to my rumor? (In honesty, that is the only real reason I even have a site map to begin with - the 3 level spider effect)

Well, I disagree. I really like the tabs effect.

What I don't like are the text navigation buttons on the side on the secondary pages. Those look sloppy.

I think it looks really nice overall!
