The design is very good, not too sure on the very large fonts used though, you can make an impact in different ways. Also it does look very much like one of those annoying sites that popup when your browing the internet (maybe it is) but if not that's probably not the impression you wan't to give.

Nice header... not sure about the background though, looks like something you'd put on the walls in a childs nursery.

Looks good, agree with the background, does not match the site and it's childish.

I'm not bothered by the star background. I see their point but it just doesn't bother me, plus I don't see it at 800x600 until I scroll to the bottom.

The hearder looks good. The icon shape part of the logo looks a little bit too compressed but not too bad. That's your call on image quality vs. file size. If I go looking for trouble I see the people-shot is highly compressed too (banding in the blue background) but it looks completely fine so forget I even mentioned it.

The rest of the page is almost all ugly text. Too many different font sizes is bad. Too many different font colors is bad. Too many different font styles (bolds and underlines galore) is bad. All text centered is bad. It would still look more professional if you maintained some professional dignity rather than taking the yelling, screaming, crooked used-car salesman approach.... BUT... as ugly and unprofessional as most of your page looks, that's how most eBay listings look too so you can actually get away with it.

And since that's the way most eBay listings look anyway, I'll shut up about all of that. My only comment is a question. Why do you have a link at the very top of your page which links to the same page you're already on? It doesn't hurt because most people won't even notice it, but it seems odd.
