Looks like a template from monstertemplates to me...

I agree, Andy. You can always tell by the logo. Nice site design + crappy logo = template Get someone to design you a proper logo and you'll do a lot better. Logos are really important for branding.
My new pet peeve: stock photos of business people appearing on hosting websites. Actually, websites in general. Fake professionalism.
My old pet peeve: text, everywhere!

I never really paid attention to those pictures of people looking way too happy, but Megan is right, they do get annoying. Like 40 other websites have those exact same pictures.
Overall the design is ok. The logo looks bad. A circul (sp) of pentagons? That is weird. It kind of looks like a honey comb.

Actually, I kind of like the honeycomb thing. It's the text that's the problem. Doesn't relate to the honeycomb at all. Doesn't stand out, doesn't catch the eye...

A few things:
The design is OK, but Flash is overused. The sound on the flash menu is really annoying also.
Ditch those annoying stock photos of grinning businesspeople. Every hosting site has them, and you blend into the crowd. You want to stand out. Why not be original about the photography? Think of an aspect of your brand, and try and get an abstract piece of photography to convey it, perhaps. try gettyimages.com
Some of the text reads awkwardly. Get someone else to look at it.
Too much text is images or flash. This is not good from accessibility or SEO point of view. Make your headings tags - google love them.
Essentially, my only problem with the site (and brand), is that it is like a million other hosts' sites. The stock photos, the logo, the name, the colour scheme- be original.

Don't get me wrong- the design is good, if you actually did it , but it is not creative or fresh enough for me.
