Af first glance this looks really good but upon closer examination I'm finding tons of little problems. I actually switched browsers because I thought you had some coding problems that weren't working in my browser. It looks like you took a template and hacked it up too much, destroying original formatting.

I'm not sure where to start with this. Centered text looks really out of place. The outer border of the entire site looks really messed up, the navbar at the top looks like it should have more than three items, mouseovering nav buttons removes the text so you can't see where you're going. In general I'm finding there are too many boxes and a lack of focus to the design. When I navigate to another page, the secondary navbar and form areas both look like they were pulled from completely different designs.

Overall this isn't a bad start but you really need to work on the fine tuning.

The marketplace section looks good, but the "Home", "About Us", and "How it works" needs to be tweaked to make easier-to-distinguish boxes and the proper colors actually appear.

The numbers under "How it works" look very fuzzy, as do the links in the "About Us" area.

I believe the quote "Freelancewell.com is the leading company providing buyers and business owners worldwide with Professional and affordable service." on the Home page should be a little bigger and possibly another color...I dont think the green really matches the rest of the website.

I think thats everything, good luck with it.

You really need to look at this site in FireFox and all browsers for that matter. First your Marketplace link looks unlike the rest of your site. Keep with the same colors throughout. As of right now your site has two navagation menus. Your Home, MarketPlace, and About us. Then below it, Post, Search, How it works, etc. Make it a little clearer to your customer what's what. Remember your target audience atleast 50% are going to be internet users that have no or little internet usability knowledge. Your mouseovers have nothing to do with the content of those catergories. Justify your text on your homepage to give it a cleaner organized look. Your green buttons and green text randonmly thrown around really has no reason to be there. Remove it. Come up with a text color and link color that compliment each other.

Next your site will need meta tags unless you don't want to be in search engines. I would have to agree though this site looks like it once was something else chopped into the outcome we see now.
