As you dont want your front page commented. I just want to comment that the cartoon is quite good...
Now your search pages have modest search results, what I really love is the light and neat design... Site Navigation among other things is also quite very accessible and useful... I guess maybe you could specify what other things you want commented on...

First I love the look, and it is very clean.
I would work on your wording.. for example.
"Want to be where up to 80% of Internet users look" this phase could be taken as your visitors make up 80% of the Web.. and anyone that know the Web understands a site like yours is nice, but at this time low in traffic. So that could be a real turn off to potential clients.
Another example.. you say "Flishess is not like other search engines, all of our listings are paid for by advertisers."
That is not true. Many of the "results" are not paid listings, and some are not relevant and outdated.
So again you may be saying that your listing are only paid, but your results are not. It is miss leading to make them think the "results" are all paid, when you really mean the listings that come through you are only paid.
This is not a bad thing I am only making observations that anyone can make that looks at your results.
You have built a very nice site, and over time it should grow nicely. But I would offer a strong caution about making statements that could turn away the business you are wanting to attract.
Best of Success.. Nice looking site

Hi Flishess,
Initial impressions are very good. As the others say, very clean and easy on the eye. Not too sure what purpose the highlighted "e" in interactive is?
As for the search results pages - all looks pretty neat. A couple of things I might change would be:
- a little more space between the results and the thin black line that seperates them from the sponsored.
- make the blue tab that you're actually on and browsing a little more distinguished - either lighter or darker blue to make it more obvious that is where you are.
Well done and good luck with it all.

Nice and clean. Easy to navigate. Though the wording seemed a little boring on the affiliates page.
