I see you've been sending your G to more yoga lessons.
That page absolutely mutilates my mousewheel. That's not a good thing.

Looks too much like iStockPhoto.com in my opinion. Considering they're a very similar community to your own, it's probably not a good idea to have a similar design.

Good job on skinning your forums. I like it.
Although there is a Javascript error when you enter it.
I like how you placed the recent discussions on the main page. Great way to encourage posting and making the new user aware of the forums.

I like the front page animation; however, the site content is not rich. I think your site may be more attractive when efforts are made to attract more and more members joining the discussion making its content become richer.

I think theres a little too much content on the page. Although the layout is good and the animation on the left looks good too. It does look like Istockphoto.com though!

I like it. It keeps a consistent feel and looks professional, but to much content.
