Looks pretty good. I'm just browisng the site to find out if there are any geographical restrictions here. There must be, but I can't find any mention of them. That is something that should be set out clearly. Perhaps you could change the tagline below the logo from "a smart choice" (bland, boring, uninformative), to "Buy & sell homes in (city/county/state/country etc.)" or something along those lines. Speaking of the logo, what's with the graduation cap? Kind of a reach, don't you think? A little stylized house or something more directly related to the subject matter. I also think the font could be a little more unique.
I like the navigation tabs a lot but I think the layout is rather unbalanced on some pages, especially the home page. The three Plan options on the left aren't balanced with the rest of the content. This page really lacks unity and coherence. Too many options that aren't held together very well. Look at the column lengths for example. Pages like this look a lot better if column lengths are equal. You might have to rethink what exactly goes on this page and how much space it takes up. The plans on the left could stay, but the photo of the house with the sign could be a lot bigger. Then move the boxes from the right to go under the photo. Also consider re-doing some of those text boxes with CSS instead of graphics.

I like your site, its professional and well-organized with fast loads (always a plus for business websites). Couple points on the layout, though: on the 'Buy a home' page, put the info box that are currently vertical along the right, put them horizontal along the bottom so the user doesn't have to scroll much. In the 'about us' section, you might want to provide details about what technology makes you better than your competition. Be careful about posting your e-mail address as a text link, it might be picked up by spam-bots. On the credit report page, you might want to provide a little more info and maybe a logo picture for Experian. On the contact page, I think that you should add a link to mapquest.com or another similar service rather than give directions-what if I'm coming from out of state and am unfamiliar with Kildaire Farm Rd.? Consider these adjustments and your site will be ready for business!
