Here are my comments:
Your site is too dark. I think you've gotta lighten it up a little bit. A lot of ecommerce sites are a lot more welcoming. Your site loads in about double the speed of your competetions. You should think about incorporating CSS into your site so that you can load it faster. When I looked at your site I thought of where I'd go to buy t-shirts first and that's kinda where I'm comparing it too. Your graphics need some help. I think they could be cleaner and more fun. A lot of your pages have excessive spacing after the content. On the bottom of your all black page you have blue links that can not be easier read. Lastly your site has no meta tags. Your site isn't welcoming any search engines as we speak. PM me if you'd like and I could possibly help get some of these things working out for your if you need a hand.

the site needs to livened up for sure.. The site could be more optimized 800x600 pixels and the font syle verdana would be a good font to work with. White on black is always a bad sheme.. Its hard to read and a new user will go ok and move on and not look into your site. Foul voulgar language will be very hard to promote in a website.. Many link exchanges will not accept your site due to the fact of the foul language in the products pages.. I'm not trying to get you upset, I'm just trying to let you realize what I reject every day with my website directory and trends that I see.

Site is dark and could use tables. Should be more organized.

Thanks for your suggestion. Can you explain a little more on what you mean, how could the site use tables to be better organized? What do you think is not organized on the site?
Thanks,
Ian

At first glance I really thought you had potential here. It's an offbeat and unique design, certainly suitable for a funky t-shirt company. I did notice that the graphics aren't as sharp as they could be. I was also confused by the navigation a little bit. My eye was drawn to the horizontal menu and I was looking for products there. Then I saw the horizontal menu.
The real problem I have with this site is the quality of the product photos and the way the catalogue is layed out. Those product photos look terrible. The designs aren't my taste, but that's not the point. I think that good quality product photos are essential in online retailing. I also think the individual product pages should be kept within the main site layout and the ordering section should be on a black background to match the rest of the page.
It looks like you had to cut the t-shirts out of a different background to get them on black. Since you had to do that (and it looks terrible), and since they're all white, maybe it would be better for the site design to be on a white background.
Oh, and I'm getting horizontal scrolling. My window is about 850px wide.

Megan,
Thanks for your feedback. Your main suggestion is that the quality of the product photos should be improved. I agree there are a alot of product photos that look terrible. I have only been working on the website design over the last couple of months, but not worked on the products yet. I am currently in the process of working on the product line, making better looking products & images, and should be completed sometime in November. The product images are never going to be perfect on the main page, due to the number of images it good to keep the Jpeg's small in order to fit alot of items on a product page. The best product image will be if someone clicks on a tshirt to view the larger image of it.
I am not sure what you mean that the main individual product pages should be kept within the main site layout. can you explain that more?
By the ordering section on a black background, do you mean the box for the selection of size, color and quantity or the next page which is shopping cart page itself?
I prefer having the backround of the pages black. You say that the white tshirt image looks cut out from another program and terrible against the black. I can make the picture on the tshirt look clearer, but I am not sure how to get the image of the white tshirt itself to be much better.
Do you have an example of a web site that has clearer t-shirt images. I have looked at a bunch and they all look pretty similar.
I can't really change the navigation right, now. It may be a little confusing for a new user. I think that most people can figure out the navigation right away and for the ones that can't it should only take a few seconds.
I made the graphics slightly less sharp than they could be on the nav bars to speed up the site for dial up users, but I can sharpen them up at any time.

I don' think it's too dark. If you add little more information on the selected t-shirts page like navigation area on the left side of the page.
I would include the Return policy statement. I probably will not buy it if the site does not offer the return policy.
selected t-shirts needs more product information/spec like 100% cotton or 50/50 and also include suggestions for similar type like amazon does.
I would add availability like "AVAILABILITY: In Stock, will ship in 2-3 business days"

You definetly won't be able to link to some sites because of foul language. A lot of link sites and some search engines will reject your site because of that
The black background on you website definetly has to be changed. Other than that your website looks fine.
