Hey there,
I just opened up a video game website, and would like some feedback on its overall design and content. Comments, suggestions, feedback, criticisms, or whiticisms are all welcome. Thanks. The links are located below. Wink

Notice to fellow users: both websites are the same.

-Your layout seems to be nice and clean
-The cheats link doesn't work
-I need something on the front page to tell me that the site is active. New forum posts are great, but not when half of them are 'cleaning out the forums'. Some stats might be nice.
-What's this:. It appears in 'about our ratings'
-Looks like you have a nice news system implemented in your site.

-Nice site overall, well done. 78%

Sad I'm still working on the cheats page. It's extremely difficult to code.

The ? in the "About Our Ratings" page is supposed to be an apostraphe ', but I guess the code I entered was wrong. I'll fix that when I can. Smiling

The front page is everything that has been going on. Sticking out tongue The latest reviews, latest news, and latest forum posts.

The news system is part of the custom CMS. I want some appraisal for the CMS, too. It was expensive. So was the layout. Sticking out tongue

Thanks for the feedback!

Aside from some links not working, this is a very nice, clean site with an appropriate look for a gaming site.

For some reason or another, I expected to see images of a sleeping video game character over on the left side of the header where you have Yoshi, Mario and others. Something like Mario sleeping from Mario 64... Laughing out loud

Oh, your description... In "Simply for the lazy gamer," the word simply seems redundant to me. I personally would shorten it to "For the lazy gamer."

Hi thanks for the positive feedback. Smiling

Actually, I'm working on a lazy game character right now to go along with the site. I realize that the design isn't much relavent to the name, but I am indeed trying to fix it.

Llizards, I would be more than happy to help you code your site. Smiling You are going to use a CMS? Also, perhaps we could affiliate?

As for F Stop, we'll talk. Laughing out loud

Thanks for the feedback! If possible, keep them coming. Smiling
