If you're going to use the word BIG in that context then it needs to be BIGGER!! It doesn't stand out enough. It would also draw more attention if it could be animated rather than static but I don't know if this is possible.

OK, I have tried to do a logo for my site and below is the link of my currently being built site.
http://users.breathemail.net/daniel.clough/

I am far from experienced with Photoshop and am not really particually creative with graphic programs, hoever check it out anyway.

I know from earlier critiques from my site I was given advice to incorporate fitness into my logo graphically, but in the end coulodn;t think of much.

I will however be having images in the front page so this should do it...

Anyway what do you think ? How can i improve it or any ideas ? ? ?

Yeah, it's way too small, and it doesn't make me think of fitness at all. Can you at least add weights or something to the logo?

Yah.
I agree with Justin.
It makes me think of advertising, or something...
Anyways, yah, add something that SCREAMS fitness.
I, when I did a project for a fitness site, grabbed an image of a well built man and played with it, but whatever suits your fancy.

Erm...maybe change the "i" in the word BIG to those kind of small weights that people can hold with one hand?

It is way too small. I agree with all the other comments.
