I would like everyone to view this site as feedback is important.

The online shop is fully functional but I have not placed any products for sale there because I am waiting for some admin things to be completed first.

The forum has only just been made available so it is empty.

I look forward to your comments.

Phil.

Too much captured white space. The font size of the text in the 3 boxes is too large for that narrow a space, while having text-align: justify on them and there is too much padding.

The headings and sub headings aren't level, and if you'd going for some sort of staggered effect, I would advise removing the solid border because those 3 boxes are level, but the text isn't, it just looks bad.

Using bold is generally better than ALL CAPS.

The links page currently is just a way for people to link to you, just in case I assume incorrectly, you should put links to other people's sites on that page, and a link to yours on the contact page.

One last thing, you put a phone number... I guess, but it doesn't have any sort of country coding, or information like that. In fact, since I am Canadian, and we use 7 digit numbers, that number is confusing. I'd put down at least your country and city, to clarify things.

I totally agree with you. You need to fix it. Smiling

Just quickly..

How attached are you to your current logo?

I suggest you could improve it a lot by simply redoing the Z. Just go to somewhere like http://fontpool.com and pick out a font that has an interesting Z and replace the current one with that one. Almost anything would look better... Wink

I like the logo a lot better, and the blue you're using is better as well.

The problems I see are the upwards scrolling message thing, which is not only annoying, and distracting when reading other things, but pointless, because there isn't much info in that area. On top of that, if someone wants to write down, or dial that 10 digit phone number, it's moving, so it's harder to jot down.

I don't see the point of having (United Kingdom) in the header part. I understand the need to sometimes indicate geography, but I think it'd be better if it wasn't so out of place. Even if you put a small UK in the logo itself, that would be better.

Once you get to the shop, there are no buttons to take you back to the main page.

It's a good step from the last, but yeah, still needs improvement.

Very nice site with fast-loading layout Smiling. I like the new logo and you should consider making that W your favicon. I wouldn't number the list of site changes, but I would give a discription of each year. The online shop should be listed as "under construction" until you have an item for sale, or you could list your services there. The online forum layout should have a darker blue layout to match your site and e-mail addresses should not be left as links (that attracts spam). Make those minor changes and your site will be great.

computer services online are very competitive..your site needs to be very competitive in order to make it, i would suggest that you might need to hire a professional designer, sem firm, and advertising firm...
