I have changed the title of the thread just to make it easier as there is another thread with the same title.

What exactly do you want to change? With the name of the site you really should keep it as plain and simple as possible. How long has the site been as it is now?

I didnt know what I wanted to change so far everybody has told me to leave it alone so I probably wont touch it.

I have owned the domain for a few months but it was previously a search engine.

Before I clicked the link I expected a simple design and not too much functionalities, I mean the domain is searchsimple.com

After I saw the link I saw a simple design and not too much functionalities Smiling

So, IMHO, change nothing.

The front page looks good. I do think that the search results should appear on a white background just to make them easier to read and make that page a tad bit more interesting. You could leave a blue border around the outside. It might also be interesting to add an accent colour.

I'm also wondering about the search technology being used here - when I did a search all I got was shopping sites or things to buy. I've searched for three terms and all have brought up the same first result ("2% daily pay-out 365") Anyway, I think that this part of it could be improved. People won't use it if it isn't giving good results.

it uses smartsearch from http://smartcgis.com. I have the new version and thats why I was thinking of changing the look. I guiess I will just upgrade the software and fix a dfew minor things and leave it as it is.

thanks for the comments/suggestions

If anyone has anything else to say I would like to hear it.

you need a FAQ for sure, example, I clicked on the "get listed" and all it wants is an email address

Like Megan mentioned, the results are what make it, i did a few searchs ("webmaster", "dictionary" and "search") and got the same "2% daily pay-out 365"

change the links color, or text color, they shouldnt be the same, gets confusing

that 2% daily payout pops up NO MATTER WHAT YOU SEARCH FOR!!!! i put in incoherent strings of letters and it is still at the top.

Yes it is a simple design and I agree with you there but I feel that maybe the design could be livened up a bit as there is only one real colour in the design (white isn't a colour!).

That is just my advice and it can be ignored at all costs!
