Well it looks like all the replies got deleted when the BB was upgraded. So I'll make this short...
1) Anti-alias the logo text. It's jagged.
2) Center the page.
3) Make the table cell with "Welcome to blah blah..." the same height as the other red headers.
4) Those purple bullets really screw up the color scheme of the site.
5) The left side menu looks unorganized w/o bullets in my opinion. Also, I would make the link text bigger then the description text.

The Content seems to trail off as it goes right. The weight seems to be off.
I also don't like those purple bullets. Try using bullets that are the color or a variation of one of your current site colors.
Logo isn't bad. Maybe little anti-aliasing as Justin suggested.
I personally don't like add banners on the top of the main page. It takes wawy from the design. Thats the first place a viewers eyes go. Very distracting. Try putting it below the logo somewhere.

Hi,
I tried to look at the new design but your stylesheet was missing...
The requested URL /new/cp.css was not found on this server.

Hi again,
Hope some of the following is of help:
1) In NN 4.71 your page alignment is all out of whack, the venture capital table is wider than it should be and your footer banner is too far to the right.
2) You need to increase the cellpadding - the text is too close to the edge of the tables.
3) I agree with all comments re the buttons - man they are ugly
4)If you really want to run columns on both sides, reduce the font size in these columns and narrow them - at the moment there is not enought apce left for the guts of the page
5) Having a comment that says "best viewed in whatever" simply infers that you are unable or unwilling to write cross browser code - particularly for your layout that should not be too difficult.
6)I didn't see a link to a privacy statement anywhere
7)the colours are pretty bland and the purple link test really doesn't do it for me
I like the small cafe icon (the one on the left) but the main one is a bit rough
9) Round corners on tables tend to improve them a lot ....
Anyway, hope some of the above is of use.
Cheers

There is a sample statement at http://www.truste.com/webpublishers/pub_modelprivacystatement.html
You can create a pricacy statement using Truste wizard at http://www.truste.com/wizard/
To make rounded corners, you have the corners as seperate graphics. Have a graphic for each corner and the sides, put them together in the table, and you are set.
Good Luck!

I am on 1024*1280 or somethin like that. There is so much white space on the right. I would never come back again.
- Nice logo. It's perfect for what your doing.
- The colors are nice and I agree with Justin. Those purple bullets mess up everything. I don't even know why they are there.
- Make your navagation in bold or something cuz I didn't know what that was.
Well the rest looks fine. Like I said though there is all this white space on the right. Use percentage tables or something.

I am also at 1280x1024. By now, I am used to seeing sites with lots of white space, but you should still fix that.
Center the main table or convert to percentages.
Also, the navigation is cluttered.
