Hmmm... maybe you just need to advertise more? Look around for script archives and try there. I've been looking for a script like this for awhile to use on my new site. If the one I have doesn't work out I'll come back to yours. (Question for you: Do all the max. 300 posts show up on the same board or do the older ones get archived on other pages?)
From a design standpoint, what you really need is a better logo. Something eye-catching that will help to identify your service. It would also be good if your test board looked better and made more use of the features available - do something fancy with the header for example.
