We have opened an amazon affilate store for our Nintendo Revolution site. Would love some suggestions and comments on what you like or don't like.

We still have to add a lot of products, but the basic layout is there.

Anyway, have a look and let me know what you think.

Great! I like it except the ads for google in the left side.

You could use a much better banner. The image is way towards the right and doesn't even look connected. The actual text is okay, but try putting the image in front of it so it looks like it fits it. Wink

The Google Ads are integrated well, but you really shouldn't put the heading 'Sponsors' above them. It should be 'Ads' or 'Adverts', or something along those lines.

You've got a lot packed in to your left sidebar and hardly anything on the right side. Try moving a few things around to balance it out.

Other than that, the color scheme is pretty good, a little boring, but pretty good, and the layout is okay. Laughing out loud

I think it's a bit bland, overwhelmed with black, grey and white. You could brighten it up significantly just by using some brighter colours. As mscreashuns says though, a top banner with more thought put into it would be good also.

Site looks nice, good work. Since you have much content it is better to use little bit smaller font(s). BTW when I click on the link "Forum" it goes into forums. But from that page, if I click on the "archive" (from the top left corner »Archive » Index) it shows a different forum with blue background?? Confused

The layout is great! The only thing I thing needs to be worked on is the black harders with the white text. For some reson I think they should be lighter.

I don't know if anyone else is getting this problem and if you are aware of it, on my screen resolution 1400 X 1050 each picture in the main content section is shifted down. Some are shifted so far down that the black header of the content box is going across the picture (the picture is going under the black header of the content box). Consider looking into this problem. When I shifted to 800 X 600 the problem seems to be resolved.

It looks a little too bland and basic to me. Perhaps inducing some much color into the design could help improve site fluency and activity. The use of black and white never seems to draw anything largely exciting, and has largely negative connotations when used together without other colors. For example large websites still make a majority use of black and white colors but make use of primary colors such as red and blue to highlight important and alternative content. Perhaps it would be wise for you to make use of this webpage convention?
