1) Your logo is way too small! Make it bigger, and add the words "Game Score" next to it. Than you can get rid of the www.gamescore.com text.
2) That colors really need to be changed. The green(s), blue, and light yellow don't go together at all. Re-think the colors, and pick ones that go together.
3) You don't need the subscribe to the newsletter part on every page. Limit it to just the main page, and maybe also add news to the main page.
4) Your menu is located in the logical place, which is good, but: 1) "PC" is on the second line, 2) add some mouse-overs or something to the text, and 3) organize it better.

Yea, your logo is way to small. You need to adjust the look of your page, the green/yellow gradiant fill takes up way too much space, your banner would probably look better closer to the top of the page, maybe you could move the categories closer to the left of the page and the newsletter to the left.
Also make the font Verdana or something. And check your page on dif screen sizes, I have a horizontal scroll bar on 800x600

Logo is way to small. The top bar thing is way to big! I also say you should get rid of the text that says www.gamescore.com.
I get a scroll bar too. Although when I scroll there is nothing over there.?
I like the fade effect of the dark green to lighter on the top. Same with the blue.
The newsletter box looks out of place there. It looks kinda ugly.

Ugh! That colour scheme has got to go. I'm really surprised to see so many webmasters having problems with colour scheme! (maybe it's because I'm a woman and colour coordination comes naturally ) Pick two or three colours and stick to them. One good tip posted by someone here (sorry - forget who) is to borrow a combination from a professional sports team. Yellow, blue, and green isn't necessarily a bad combination - it's just the different shades of these three colours you've used.
Your navigation, header, advertisement etc. is taking up too much space. If you moved the ad up beside the logo it would make room for more content above the fold.
I agree with justin about the navigation and the logo. There are too many links all over the place - that privacy statement and stuff should be in a smaller font at the very bottom of the page. I also think that the breadcrumb trail navigation should be more prominent than the home/about/feedback stuff (people go to see the content, the other stuff is secondary). Oh, and keep your content away from the edge of the page a bit!
Overall I think this just needs a rehaul.

Hi, thanks for your comments so far. It seems that you guys must be viewing in 256 colour mode to think the colours are so ugly. I have changed it around abit. Also I removed the gradient fill as it made you people who for some reason still use 256 color mode have problems. Please have another look at www.gamescore.com and tell me what you think
Thanks

No, I use True Color. Anyway...
1) Those three colors just don't go together, especially with the red mouse-overs.
2) The menu is better, but it's still pretty plain/basic.
3) Give the banner some more space. You could also move the search box and put the banner next to the logo.
4) Make the text logo that says "Game Score" a graphic, and add some effects or something.

Um, True color here, too...
I would make the background white so the clear lime green and blue come off as fresh instead of clashing.
http://www.webdesignclinic.com/ezine/v1i1/color/ may be of some help.
The fonts seem to be too many faces and too many sizes and the header is overpowering the rest of the page at 800X600 on a 15" monitor (still the norm for the average viewer, but perhaps not of your target audience?)
