The only problem I have with the site is on your menubar, the first letter of each word is in Bold, it looks really bad from my perspective. Capital letters may do fine, but having it bold looks bad.

I agree. Also, you logo doesn't go with your side bar headers and your bottom footer. I would take away the line on the bottom image also.

Hi, I can live with the bold letter issue
but I think:
- you should separate your (in the menu) section title from the links with a <p> instead of a <br>.
- I also think you are overusing the icons.
Looks good apart from that.
