This is much, much improved over what you had previously. This is an actual design with all the key components in place. I like the look and feel of the navbars and headers.
There are a couple of things I think could be improved. The textured background is kind of distracting and not really in keeping with the rest of the design. I would change that to soemthing a little more low key and simple. Also try keeping it only to the outer sides of the layout rather than allowing it to fill the spaces between the content boxes.
I also think that the star motif (which looks nice but isn't particularly meaningful) should be replaced with something that would illustrate the "spin" concept. Something twirly or a spiral or something would be more appropraite. Use it in the logo text too.
The background around the main spin thing should be white not grey, and the text with the special offer should be treated a little better. Make the font a little bigger, but don't center it and try putting it in a separate box with it's own background. A special graphic "Special offer" or something would also help to catch the eye. On all pages, the content background should be white with left-justified text. (centered looks unprofessional and forces the eye to have to jump back and forth to read, which makes it more difficult). I think that box could use some more padding as well.
The "Take your spin" font should match the logo, and I think it would be really great if that actually spun instead of being a static graphic.
Good job overall
Megan

It's not very clear at first what your site actually does. You may want to add a paragraph at the top of the first page with a summary.
The white links are somewhat hard to read on the gray background. I agree w/ Megan that you need to add padding to the content area, I'd suggest 5px on the left and right.
Also I think the whole "Be quick they are disappearing fast!" type of marketing BS is really annoying.

The comments above pretty much cover the aspects Ill be pointing out so im not going to repeat it...
I like the design, but I dont feel that shade of green and that blue mixes well... perhaps rethink the color scheme... Pretty much everything else looks ok, and I feel its a little empty...

I think the stars are kind of fitting, with the 'take your spin' it has that game show look/feel to it.
The textured background does nothing for it though and makes the text hard to read while the images are loading.
I don't like the idea of the links opening in new windows (tabs)

Only a small thing but ....... I am still not sure what the site is about and the white text on the light grey background is, for me, very hard to read. I realise I may not come into the target user age group but with todays accessibility awareness it is always safer to assume that someone with sight problems may be viewing your site.

I agree in that I think a description is needed. I'm not too fond of the background either.

I don't know if you want to put down how much your highest investor has paid. That seems kind of tacky to me.

very interesting site the overall layout seems to work but I agree with the others and the background seems pretty basic. Perhaps using something with more design or try switching to a basic color would work.

I like this idea a lot.
The left menu panel is very nice, but it clashes with the background. I would say get rid of the background and replace it with a single color. It is just too abrasive right now.
Also the grey background behind the spin circle could be maybe a light blue or something that went with the layout more?

I agree with Megan, the stars are nice but seem meaningless, stick with the "spin" theme, unless you are going for the gambling theme then it may be okay. I like the layout but I would work on the colors as far as the gray maybe change to a white or a light blue if you keep the busy back ground.
I also think there should be more infomation about the site and your vision and/or mission. I was a little confused when I first viewed the website, I didn't know what this site was about. Maybe a little infomation about what the site is on the Home page will help first time viewers. It was easy to navigate and you were consistent. Over all I think you did a pretty good job.
Good Luck!

Read your Blog...way to go! At 17 you are track of being a millionaire...just need a little work. The biggest change I would suggest (not withstanding all the above comments) is to switch the postion the Categories and Navigation. This will get more people clicking. You could even put some of the links from the Navigation on the bottom as straight text links. Then move the HOME onto the Categories area.
But you will have to explain the site a bit.
Similar to my idea with JustFart.com....my "feeling lucky" button on DontFart.com....great minds think alike!

sorry....one more thing.....Keep the top advertiser at the top....maybe reword the title, but its good exposure for that company. Maybe also have a page that lists all your links/companys within your system!

I like your site, but the only thing I would change are those white links and categories on grey background

That is a great look! It took me a min though to figure out what you did, but once I figured it out it was great.
Keep up the good work.

Hi
It looks like a teenager orientated site. I assume it is. BUT
I have no clue as to what it is without digging. You must put a tag line under the logo or name. The name means nothing to me.
