Approaching this strictly as a user, I found the homepage to be really busy. Since you already did a good job with the headings on the left side of the homepage, the main content of the page can be edited to reflect the purpose of the website because the user does not get a clear idea of what the website is supposed to do. I think have a homepage reflecting the purpose of the website (with specific keywords) can help in the search engine results for the website.

I found the colors on the website to be very appealing.

In viewing this website as just as a user, I must agree with JoyAgu in saying that the homepage is quite busy in regards to the additional links of navigation within various aspects of your site. If possible, I would consider making an additional tab for job opportunities that were within your "Hot Job" section in order to pull more applicants to this section. Also, I would suggest adding either a quote or company statement that reflects the purpose and goals of your website.

Overall, I found that it was easy to navigate through various job postings that were detailed and included a point of contact. Consider possibly adding a link to the "about" section of company or even school information listed within postings so that potential applicants can gain a better understanding of the company and/or organization they are looking to apply to. You selected a great header and link layout as well as color theme that keeps the user inclined to stay on the page.

Well i think the domain name is self explanatory In Hindi "Sarkari" means Government so the full domain says "sarkariexam.com" Nice website with huge data as long as i have browsed.

Site has a lot of data on the homepage, looks pretty busy on first glance. However I read through most of the content/information given and it isn't overwhelming at all. It's actually a very pretty website with good color schemes and themes chosen. I think your logo font could've been bigger and more "in your face" but that may not've been appropriate for the site's vision.

Right, I agree with e2274964. A first impression is that the site looks pretty busy. My personal opinion is that you should darken the two side panels like webmaster-forums.net so that the eye can focus on the central portion. A darker background for the banner would also make it stand out better. As it is, my first response is to pass, without attempting to review it because it didn't give a good first impression. But on second look, yes, I agree with e2274964 again. The contents are not really overwhelming as it first appears to be.

The very first thing that I noticed on your website was the flashing “subscribe” button. It caught my attention right away and had me drawn in. However after that though when I scrolled down the page I felt like I was bombarded with text and was not really sure where to go next. It was very overwhelming. On the plus side after a couple minutes of clicking around I was able to kind of get into the site and the navigation became very easy to figure out when keeping in mind I was looking for a job.

My suggestion would be to make the home page less busy and perhaps start off with a filter to narrow down the jobs. I would also maybe offer a small paragraph or two about your company and what you can do to help me that other job search sites can’t do.

I felt after visiting this web site that the front page was very condensed and it was difficult to locate desired information based on some of the peer websites there front pages were a lot more user friendly and offered a greater opportunity to achieve my desired goal otherwise the website was built for the user very well it was informative and built a comprehensive and responsive conclusion to the topic.

Hello, overall like the look of the site but do agree with some of the comments about the over crowding. There is to much information available on the home page, most of the information is just being repeated from other pages. I think maybe taking a step back and re-organizing how the data is presented would benefit the layout of the site. For example: the information in the main content area is almost the same as the corresponding pages. Perhaps moving some of the side bar sections like; "hot jobs" and "popular posts" into the main content area of the home page would make more sense, leaving the job specific listings to the corresponding pages.
I think there are too may navigation options as well, the side bar navigation and the main navigation don't really flow together, there are jobs by field and job by education. I feel this muddles the navigation and should be revisited. I think it is a good idea to have the option to filter by both, but perhaps ordinary menu navigation inst the way to go. Maybe a drop down menu for the education options would be a better solution. Maybe replacing the Google search box with this drop down would better suit the site. I don't really see a need for the search box.
I also noticed that the dynamic ticker in the header collides into the main navigation when viewed at anything thing other than 100%. It kicks the 'current affairs' button under the navigation menu, over lapping the ticker.
I also notices that the 'active' tab does not follow the navigation menu, it is static on government jobs.

As I said before, I do like the look of the site, it is exactly what I would expect for the information presented. I think tweaking the navigation and removing some of the repetition in the presented information would greatly help organize your site.

As the other comments above have stated, the page is very, very dense with information, and it's difficult to say where exactly my attention should be focused upon loading the page. No one section particularly stands out over the other sections.

The use of flashing text - while it does draw the attention of the user - is also somewhat distracting to me. I certainly do know that you want people to register for your job alert email, however, so it has worked as intended.

Perhaps a minor issue, but why is the "Submit Resume" link placed directly in the middle of the navigation bar, in between several jobs categories? While I can understand the allure of having resume submissions front and center on the page, it seems strange to go from job links - > submit resume -> more job links.

On the writing side of things, there are a couple of spelling errors present on the site. The word "Disclaimer" is misspelled in the footer. The marquee at the bottom of the page features several grammatical errors. However, the vast majority of the text on the page is fine.

Overall, I feel this site accomplishes its goal, but it could benefit from some rearrangement of the main elements visible on the page. As it is right now, the page generally feels too busy.

The site looks great.

The only issue that I found was the title "Sarkari Naukri" above bank jobs. The font is white, so it is barely visible.

Here is my thought. I hope this helps.

1- The website looks too white. You may want to choose colors that match nicely with white color.
2- Avoid using blinking text as your site wont put impression on audience that this is a formal site.
3- When Mouse hover over top menu the change in color and effect is very minimum and was not clearly sensed.

Here is my critique for your website

The scheme is quite off. Your logo has two colours (light orange and green) with two different fonts. These colours are not reflected in your websites design, using gradient orange, blue, and red. The fonts also do not match up, or make any sort of connection.

There are also a few spots where, without looking at the source code, I can tell it using absolute positioning or a weird margin. This is breaking the structure of your site by forcing block elements consuming space of other block elements (for example, in the header, there is a line runs through the text).

you can remove some unnecessary pictures and better to have menu in front page instead of different part in sequence and floating text on bottom doesn't seems too professional.

The site layout is good, I tried it on both my phone and desktop and I was to navigate it well. I did however find the site a bit noisy with too many colors on the page, and flashing text. There is also three subscribe fields which may/or may not be excessive. The scrolls text on the bottom is also difficult to read on a small device.
