Need your opinions please! - need to make sure I've got everything in order

Hello:

I contacted several of the Birmingham area internet access and web hosting providers in my area today and they all want to give me free internet access and hosting in exchange for advertising on my site. Now I've just got to email them all the specs I'm looking for and what they get. Therefore, below is a rough draft of the what they get and what I get list. Please let me know what you think I should include, delete, and etc. Also, let me know if I'm asking for too little or too much. Last month my site birminghamnet.com got 40,000 page views from 15,000 uniques and is increasing weekly.

What they get:

1. exclusive advertiser of internet access and hosting on www.birminghamnet.com
2. 100 x 100 gif (reasonable byte size)
3. placed in upper left hand corner of www.birminghamnet.com
and other major entry points of site
4. we'll truthfully recommend your services to those that request info about them

This is what I'm looking for, however, the more you can offer the better.

20 mb disk space
3 gig data transfer monthly
1 pop email account
unlimited email forwarding
unlimited email aliases
unlimited ftp updates
server side includes
own cgi-bin directory, even better if cgi works in any of my directories
weekly website stats
error logs
password protected directories
backups
free domain name registration/transfer (i pay all internic fees)
99.9% uptime
good connection (what do you have OC-3, T1, T3, or DS3)
ability to host 2 domains
unlimited internet access 56k v90
perl 5.4 installed
autoresponders
sendmail
local phone support
unix system
Apache

Contract that's monthly and automatically renews at the end of each month.
Unless at least 10 days prior notice to terminate this agreement is given by
either party before the end of the month.

I would place the button on all pages.

I am a bit weary about: "we'll truthfully recommend your services to those that request info about them" I hope you know what you are doing here, they might just send potential customers your way so that you can talk them into signing - that'll become fun!
