My new site need your suggestions

I'm not entirely sure regarding this site, I mean it look half decent but it has flaws, the design isn't horrible but then again it isn't too new, the colours aren't bad because there aren't really any there, it's all white. The page is just flooded with products that take up way too much of the page.

the loading speed is terrible, so so slow, you either have too much Flash going on or just bad coding.

Well, I don't see any Flash, but agree the images could go on a diet. The site seems well thought-out, though. It should be easy for customers to find what they want. The markup validates and I see no major problems at all in any of my browsers.

My only concerns would be that the navigation is not very keyboard friendly, and that there is probably too much reliance on text in the images. You use the ALT attribute wisely, though.

Regarding the images, you may like to consider combining several into a single image. This not only results in fewer kilobytes, but reduces the number of HTTP requests for a faster page load.

The Header looks nice. The navigation is easy to use. I think the line, "We provide mattresses with quality ..." seems out of place. Maybe you should find a new place for it or eliminate it since a similar statement is found at the top. Consider using an tag for the title. Your title looks nice, but the search engines may not rank your site well with out proper heading tags.

There are several errors throughout your html. You should use a free html validator - http://validator.w3.org/.

You haven't checked your site with HTML Validation, and W3c. I found that your site contains many errors with HTML. That's why it doesn't work well with FireFox and Chrome.

i think your site look nice and informative, but a small problem is the colors combination. I think the colors combination is not good. It is not interesting for visitors. It would be better if you can add more colors, pics to make it more colorful and more interesting. Thanks !

I have seen your website. There are some problems with the HTML layout of your website. Make proper use of HTML tags like header tagsh1, h2, h3 and keyword and description meta tags.

That picture of the baby is cute, but doesn't say "buy a mattress" at all.

In your MaxDon News box some of the items don't fit into the box and just disappear. They really need to fit in there.

Finally, the Contact Us box following me down the page was really annoying. I thought it was great when I first saw it and thought it was just going to sit in the same spot on the page.

I am a new user of the forum with no website design experience. I feel that since your name does not indicate what king of company you are, you should replace the picture of the baby's face with a picture of product. It is not until you are further down the page that you see a mattress. I feel that you can get better pictures that show the product and it's relaxation benefits that can still show how the product can make you sleep like a baby.

Good site, clean and easy to use however, a few suggestions you may want to consider:

- the home page is busy. It throws everything with pictures and info on mattresses
- there are a lot of good links at the bottom, but they don't realy stand out enough in my opinion (lots of scrolling to get to them) May be sub-menus at the top would be better.
- most pages accessed from bottom links are light gray on white: makes it hard to read. Suggest improving on the contrast.
- accesories are a major part fo your business, it would likely deserve a top menu for it
-the "contact us" moving widget covers the page content at small resolution. I personaly don't find moving widget very appealing, but that's just my personal preference.
- the left menu changes depending on which page you're on. it duplicates the top menu or the bottom links. Do you need/want to have this duplication?

The site is good design and it is easy for users to find what they are looking for. The pages and images load fast and the color is clean.
A few suggestions you may consider:
The News box on the left corner is not match the overall design. The text is not showing properly in the box.
There are too much content in the home page. It might be better is you can sub divide the content otherwise the page is too long.
Some fonts are light gray on white, and it is very hard to read. You should improve the contrast to make them more readable.
The links to the same page repeat on the bottom of the page which might confuse the user.

It took me awhile to figure out which market you were trying to reach; wholesale or retail. The best I can figure out is that you want to wholesale out of China and maybe some local China retail?
The overall design of the side isn't too bad. The graphics are clear and professional looking. and it shows a wide range of your product.
Also, every product category I clicked opened in a new window. That could get cumbersome if a shopper looks at a lot of your product.
I didn't understand the use of the "More" button. All it did was take me to the bottom of the page.
Your english translations are very good. Most foreign sites that try to market to english speaking countries are very hard to understand.
You should stress the fact that your product is manufactured under very strict quality control and contains no toxins. That is a huge concern for many Americans when it comes to products made in China.

To speed up page loads, the first thing you need to do is remove the flash images, javascript. Or image is too heavy affects the download speed.

Monday is a site should have a logical structure, and you should create a site map to make good seo.
