Look pretty good. The colors are nice. Only thing is on my screen there was a huge black space on the right side. Try stretching the page across.

I think that it looks nice also. I do, however, think that the navigation on the left looks amateurish compared to the rest of the site.

Jackchen,
would move the nav text away from the edge a little. maybe just a leading space.
Also, the career help graphic in top corner is a little narrower than the statue pic under it. Would make it the same width as statue.

I know you said you have to consider 640x480 clients, although the vast majority use 800x600. So, here is what I propose you do- first of all CENTER the site as it is now so there is not so much blank space on the right... it would be evened out more. Also, if you wanted to you could try adding a light background color to your page. I am thinking that a light brown color might work out well and blend in with the rest of the colors.

One way that works is to enclose the table in <center> tags. e.g.
<center>
<table goes here>
</center>
