your layout is very jumpy, ALWAYS use width, height and alt in image tags.
no content displays in Netscape, only the blue oval but that doesnt line up properly
Why use iframes? the message you give is that your site and maybe your product is only suitable for IE browser/users so its only a narrow market, not a wise marketing move.
you could easily make your layout without iframes, make the widest part of the blue curve straight, and this in a td cell could stretch to suit your content, thus keeping the shape. the way you have it now looks like you have tried putting a square peg in a round hole - doesnt work.
It displays in Opera6 but the blue curves dont line up at the top whe the iframe starts.
You also need better navigation, i went to the "what it is" page and at the top there was a link back to the index, but if i read the whole page i'd have to scroll back to the top, which isnt user friendly.
you also need to proof read your content, heres one part that jumped out at me "at th bottom," and "Everyday people adds hundreds of new websites to the olds." no s on adds and does that sentence make sense?

I think busy said it all really. I'd put the links on the bottom of each section as I hate having to go back to then click again to go elsewhere. Only other thing is the logo, the K doesn't look like a K and the drop shadow looks bitty.
Can you please participate in the forums by reviewing some of the other sites posted here for critique. We do generally ask that you do this before posting your own site. Also please do not post as you have been in the other sections otherwise it may be considered spamming.
