Well. I had to search, but I found a couple of things that I could advise you to do. First of all. I'd put a roll-over effect on the navigation. That would liven up the site a little bit. You'll notice that just about everywhere that you go, something changes when you put your cursor over the links. People start to expect it when it gets so common. Second you used all tables. I'm not going to tell you that you should recode, that would be excessively time consuming. But in the future I would write out my sites with div tags and CSS it's just so much cleaner and easier to edit.
-The colour scheme is a bit dead. Please experiment with colours other than blue, because it's all I see.
-Before Assassin posted this, the enroll now rollover effect did not function properly because an image was missing.
-Your copyright looks distorted because of the different sizes on the same lines.
-Experiment with CSS and think up something better than boring as well as underlined BLUE links(so un-professional...)
-I like the text in the 'FREE METER' images, yet feel nothing besides disdain towards that ugly top logo.
-The green looks great, but because there is so much blue, it sticks out like a black man at a country club.
-The site is secure as a whole, and that is very nice.
-You should add live chat(b-LIVE - The best in my judgement) so that your customers may inquire before a barter.
All in all, your site is attractive just as it is user friendly. You've coupled excellent graphics, services and code(not a big fan of the tables...) to create a secure online store which can, should its owner so desire, transition into a corporation(say 40 years:D)
On the medicare patients page there is a gap in The blue line at the top.
Also the light blue line going verticly beside the navigation goes weird i cant find the words for it so here is a link to a picture.
Thanks gang for the help! I'll work on some changes!
