let me know what you think
I've been re-working the site. Let me know what you think. Nothing flashy. Tried to be straight to the point.
Thanks,

Ben,
I have just had a very quick look and the text in the banner you have at the top looks very fuzzy to me. I don't particularly like it with the black background, I would have it completely white to freshen it up. I'll continue to look later and come back to you.
I would ask that you perhaps revisit the sites you have posted critiques for and give them a more detailed and worthy opinion (rather than just looks good and check out my site!) if you want people to give this site a thorough critique.

Easy to read generally, but does have "bumper sticker" feel to it.

Kind of a nice lay out style.
1. You need to replace that fuzzy logo at the top.
2. Decrease those green border sizes they look too big.
3. Add a space between the "find your domain box" and the edge of you site.
4. I like the color scheme however I think those blue link stand out way too much maybe make them dark grey or black or another color.
5. You need to add some cell padding between your writing and the edge of your site. Whether you add padding to the cell or just simply bring the cell in a bit will work. I prefer inserting a table within a table and then resizing the inner table to provide a space between the edge of the site and the text etc.
Other from those points you look like you are on the right track. Your design looks unique and with a few adjustments should look a lot more professional.

I don't like your Logo at all. I think you can give a little more class to your site. The site is great and build by a skill person. But give it some more class.

Thanks for the responses so far. I have made changes according to what I have read. You guys have really helped.
One thing everyone dislikes is the logo. I still have to change that. Is it the letter style? Or is it to big or what?
Thanks,
Ben

What's really bugging me first off is that the green of the background does not match the green of the logo etc. Change that to something else - maybe just white and then give your table rounded corners and some sort of edging.
When I click on the hosting page I first see a big black box - it looks really out of place so I'm wondering if it's supposed to be an ad or something. Then there's a bunch of grey boxes for the headers that also seem out of place. That all should be changed. Actually, I really don't like the use of grey in here at all. Overall the layout of the content areas need work on all of the pages.
When I click on support I get a different table that spans almost the width of the browser instead of the fixed width design that was on the other pages (using NS 6.1 here)
One thing you really need to work on is your hosting plans - look at what other hosting sites have done with this. They'll usually offer several choices clearly indicated in a table along with a long list of what they support. That's not entirely clear here. I would also like to see a monthly rate stated - makes it easier to compare pricing.
Your spelling and grammar needs improvement as well (ie. "except" instead of "accept" on the hosting page)
