I really dislike pop up boxes - but the rest of your site looks really great!

Looks good. Smiling

You may want to tighten up some spelling errors. I didn't go through it all, so I don't know all the errors - just run it through a spell check.

And it takes a bit to download on 56K. Twenty-two seconds is way too long. (Yes, I counted Sticking out tongue.)

The pop-ups are plain annoying. Maybe I should rant on about it? Laughing out loud

Yeah, fix those spelling/grammar errors.

blow some steam. - blow off some steam.

It is also quite offensive to use the word retarded in the sense that you are using it. I know that you don't mean anything by it but it is somewhat offensive in print.

I would also consider having less 'eyeshadow' around your letters. They are just a bit too shadowy.

Pop-ups right in the middle of your site that cover your navs and annoy people. Are they worth it?

The Home button should be the first in the navbar or at the top, where it can be found easily.

Looks good. Try putting a sample rant of some sort on the front page so people can get an idea of what this is about. This might also entice them to look further into the site and maybe participate themselves. Maybe just a quote or something like that with a "read more" link.

Also try to reduce the contrast on that striped background - its a little overwhelming. And change your font to a sans-serif.

I still don't like the stripes but that is obviously personal to me Wink
You need to think about your meta tags - the description really wouldn't tell people much about your site (& may actually scare them off!) and the title needs to be more descriptive containing keywords for the search engines to pick up on.
Change the text font to Veranda as it's much easier to read.

Yup, I wasn't worried about my meta tags yet. I wanted to get the look down first. I just put the tags up so i could work with them later, If that makes any sense Smiling

Just as long as you don't forget! Have had many clients in the past who already had sites and someone put a few tags in just so they were there and then forgot to change them over when the site was finished and the clients wondered why they never got into any SE's!

I looked at your site in IE 5.5, NS 6.1, and ns 4.76 @ 1280X1024.
1) ns 4.76 looked fine
2) Both IE 5.5 and ns6.1 offset the yellow lines at the top (~5 pixels) with the left section lower then the right. there were also spaces between your navigation images on the right and 4 rectangles cut out of the white background at the top and bottom(cells had black background)

3)I don't like popups either especially on the first page, they might be more acceptable as exit popups.
