Looks good, I like it! The main thing I'm going to complain about is the logo. The text the way you have it is kind of hard to read - the way you just have the url in that font makes it very hard to read. Try something different that will allow you to separate the words - instead of simplesupport.co.uk it should read more like SimpleSupport.co.uk - easier to understand. I also think that the background graphic there is looking a little bit lossy, and the blues in that graphic don't quite match the blue you've used on the rest of the site.

The other thing I don't like is the way the navbar is broken up by those ads in there. I would try to find another place to put those ads, and put in headers to divide up the menu the way you have it in the forums (general, internet software, operating system, miscellaneous).

I also think that you should rethink some of your forum sections. In the Operating System cateogry you have not included Linux or MacOS. I would combine those windows sections together (98 and 98se could definitely go together - maybe have 9.x, ME/XP and 2k/NT or something like that). In the internet software section you could combine MS outlook/outlook express and include an "other" section (what if someone has a question about, say, Eudora?) You should also create a section for multimedia players etc. (Windows media player, real player, winamp etc.). You might want to even think about combining the browser section and the OS sections so you can add in office software, graphics, web site software, misc. utilities, things like that... I guess it depends on how you want to restrict yourself here.

edit: I see you're using ezboard for this. I would really seriously consider going with something else like vbulletin. Ezboard seems to be rather unreliable to say the least.

Do you realise you have double html, head, meta and body tags in your main frame ?
even in your index frame you have to sets of head tags.

the top banner image wont display in Netscape4.7 but does in IE5, looking at your souce code, you have a space in the name of the image, use a "_" or make it one word, you have "logo v1z.jpg".

I'm glad i viewed it on Netscape, Those marquees become annoying (marquee doesnt work on netscape Smiling)

a few other things dont show up in netscape either, the dani2099 link in the 'how many visitor' part isnt there, the dark blue cells to the left arent there.

At the bottom of the left table you have an extra blank cell that doesnt show up in IE, so would guess you have a table error somewhere

I think you need to run your pages through a validater, heaps of free ones, webmechanic.com, validate.w3.org etc which are online ones you can either use a url or choose a file from your PC, or you can download other versions.
