The website logo is a bit hard to read . the images on top of the home page are all messy without order . the worldwide shipping bar should be on top the left column should line up with the columns on the right . Good luck

Good - I don't know how long you have been developing websites but I certainly wish I was this good! I thought the theme and layout looked good, I thought it was an excellent idea to have the contact number in the top right corner (many websites don't even do this!) Th pictures were clear and consistent and the menus were easy to navigate with the drop down sub pages. I also thought that the payment process came across as very easy - a very important factor for a sales website!
Bad - The only bad thing I have to say is that the logo was a bit confusing, wasn't really sure what your called...
Otherwise great job!

I also agree with the website logo, it is rather difficult to read right away. A logo should be able to be read right away. Other than that it is a great looking site. I had a question. What kind shopping cart system are you using. I have clients that need a shopping cart but they want custom designs and I know a lot of shopping cart templates are difficult to work with.

A very nice Website!
2 small concerns:
- All the images need alternative text according to W3C Web Accessibility checkpoints
- Too much info and advertisements on the Homepage, which decrease the Web Usability points.
Thanks,

Not to sound like a broken record, but I too agree with the logo being way to unreadable. I'm sure you put a lot of thought and effort into it, but until you read the name elsewhere on the page, very few people could actually get your business's entire name from it. For the most part, it does look professional, although possibly a little too busy. There's a lot on that first page to try to consume at first.
Navigation wise it seems pretty easy to get around, and it's a good idea having your contact information available right there on the home page. Also, your floating window for instant Skype-based customer service is a very good strategy!

The site is good in general. You can see that there was some worked invested in the project.
My problem ( and could be only mine's ) the menus load very slow. I don't think is my connection ( although possible ) cause the site loaded and after a while the menus appeared.
Check it out cause if this is a overall problem ... that is a big problem.

The site looks very good in general. I have 2 suggestions:
- Menu bar looks crowded, it's better to set up 2 levels menu, for example , Products menu (first level) could include all the products menu in the second level
- The company logo looks not very professional, better to have meaning of lights and also include company name. users could easily to recognize it

The site is very professional, with not only great design but excellent content as well. The colors are very pleasant and non obtrusive. There are sufficient meta tags on the pages. All information is presented in a clear way, it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.
But I have to agree that the logo image is not that good: impossible to decipher. The load time of the page is not that fast, probably because of many images. The menues also seem a bit too crowded. But overall a great site. Great job to everyone involved!

I find the home page to be a little busy... it's a bit overwhelming.
Also while I think your logo is very attractive, I agree with other posters that it is quite difficult to decipher the text in it.
I think the main problem your website suffers from is that it doesn't grab you right away and tell you what it's for.
That said, very slick-looking site! All of the widgets and drop-down menus look awesome.
Did you use a CMS for this? I'd be interested in knowing what technology you used!

The lay-out seems to be scattered and the colors don't compliment each other. The photos must be easily distinctive with each other, and it looks irritating at first view. suggest to have the list of photos hover or scroll over to add more interactivity.

We would suggest to think about the following points:
1. Move online chat window to the right down courner, it would be more usier friendly.
2. Move search box to the right side of a menu.
3. Think about different font, maybe a bit more bold.
Keep up a good work!
