Nice!
1) Maybe add search to your site. If you do, you can place it right next to your logo, since you have space there.
2) On almost all of the sub-pages I got a SSI error for both side menus, and the banner ad.
3) Add a bullet or something next to each heading on the left side menu. This will make it easier to distinguish (sp?) each link.
4) Maybe add some content? That would probably help.
Overall the design is good.

The design is nice.
The slogan on your logo is hard to read. Maybe try a different 'cleaner' looking font. On your logo I don't really like the fading part. It just seems as though somthing should be there instead because it is such a large space.
I think you should change the links on the menu to a different colour, or atleast underline them.
Under "WN Sites" it seems as though moreover.com is part of your network?
Good job!

hey,
no errors for me, I liked it, nice clean layout. However, the WN Sites link, I dont know if many people would think that is a link or just a header ? I agree that the slogan is hard to read. otherwise, its really nice

Looks like all the SSI is fixed now. I also agree that the text below the logo is hard to read. My other comments still stand...
How the heck did you get moreover to join your network? I don't see anything on their site about it.

Cool -- you have good content, its well layed out and easy to use.
For a design suggestion I think you should increase the cellpadding/spacing on all the columns. You might also want to change the small font on your logo to something like Silkscreen (goto http://www.kottke.org/ )
Now, add more articles!

I have a good coment. It doesnt auto scale its self to the resolution you are running in. If you are using tables you should use % instead of hard coded pixels as then you can get it to look right and full size of all resolutions.

I didn't want to use a % because it looked REALLY weird on my monitor (21"). It was way to big. So I used a fixed width instead, I like it better too. I have more control of the layout. Thanks for all your comments!

Once again, don't like to stuff that's "coming soon". Just take that link out for now. Since you're using SSI for the menus (I guess...) that should be easy to do.
For your scripts you should indicate which browsers they work for. I think it also might be a good idea to indicate the name of the site that hosts the resource (ie. where you're sending them to)
Overall the page looks really nice though. Good colour scheme, good navigation, good logo. Good, good, good!

Sorry to open this up again but I am interested.
It seems that you are just linking to the site to get money from click-thru's, which is misleading when you say "they are part of our network". Or I may be wrong?

No, you are wrong robp. The one guy that updates the site is on vacation and he didn't get a chance to add my links yet. He will as soon as he gets back.

The layout is very nice, it looks clean and well organized:
A few things I see:
Interior pages have huge whitespace where the nav menus go down the sides but there isn't content to fill the middle.
Using fixed width:
Have you looked at this at all screen res settings? It looks like at bit too much space around the table at 800X, it scrolls at 640 X, and at 1024 X it there is waaaaaayyy too much space around the table.
On the logo, it looks fine, except maybe make the "The Ultimate Webmaster Resource Directory" white intead of gray so that it shows up better.
The color scheme is wonderful and the general layout is great. I'd just tweak the table, so that it works well at any screen res setting. Have you considered an expandable table?

Thank you for ALL your comments! Roo, I didn't want an expandable table, because it looked really bad at 1024x768, it was way to wide....So, I went with the fixed width. It's doing great though! About 500 impressions a day!

Okay..but I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. I'm taking about a 9 cell expandable table...where the 2 cells on top the top right and left are height and width, the 2 cells on the bottom left and right are fixed height and width, the middle cells both left and right are fixed width but 100 percent height. The middle cell both top and bottom are fixed height and 100 percent width. And the very center cell is 100 percent of the window.
That allows the table to appear properly at any setting.
The directions for this table can be found on Suzanne's 'Tables Demystified' page.
