My website has been up for a little while, but I just thought I would ask anyone if they could offer any suggestions about my design or functionality. I am planning to do a free updates to it, such as adding Humanclick, adding some meta tags and cleaning up the interface a tiny bit more. But is there anything else?

Your site looks good, alot of information, its easy to use, the colors go good together.

But theres onething i found annoying. The color of the blue in your logo doesnt match the color of the blue bar below your logo, maybe its supposed to be like that, but i think it would look better if the colors were matching.

Gil,

One complaint is the size of the text. The 7 pt text menu across the top is completely illegible. The rest of the site text is fine for people on a PC but those using a Mac that might visit your site are going to have a hard time reading the 8 pt text through out your site. If Mac users aren't a concern then don't worry about it but the menu at the top of the pages needs to be changed if you expect anyone (PC or Mac users) to actually use it!

I agree the blues need to be similar. I think the blue in the menu would look better in the logo than what is currently there. The logo is also way too big!! YIKES! The entire top of the page that contains your logo takes up more than a 1/3 of the page at 800 x 600 res.

There is something weird about the layout of the text on the main page......I think it is the two columns and the placement of the images.

Over all the site seems functional. Blue and grey are two colors that are a bit over used in my opinion.

Thanks for the comments. I agree that the logo is too big, I am going to reduce it and change the color right now. Also, about Mac users, it is not a big concern for me since less than 0.5% of my users are on a Mac, because the bulk of our work is done on PC computers.

Once again, I appreciate the comments.

Hi Gil,

You said that the site "has been up for a little while". You need to finish some parts, content-wise.

When I checked the products list in each category, I got a list of links to actual products but they didn't get me anywhere interesting...

Also your support is not activated. If the site is operational, maybe you should at least put an e-mail or even a simple form where people can contact you.

I like the design, it's simple and functional.

Yes, I did say that the site has been up for a while. We take care of our clients better than we take care of ourselves, and unfortunately this was manifested on our website. I am in the process of fixing the product pages so that the shopping experience is a little better, but as for support, I really don't have time for it now. I think that once I get all the links to work and the shopping area a little cleaned up, it will overall be a pretty good site.
