don't forget to review other sites, or you wont get very many reviews yourself

Not bad... I bit dull. I think you have far too many boards though. You'll find you get more posts if you have less "broader" boards rather than lots of specific boards. A lot of people will get confused working out where to post.

Same as andy206uk on the dullness. It it simple, but maybe too simple. Also I hope someone is working on it, because I got an Internal Server Error on everything but the homepage.

I agree, I have the same problem at the mo with my forums. Pruning the forums at the moment. I would suggest you remove some as well...

I agree with the others, that it is a bit bland. I think a large part of it is the logo at the top: a big white empty box. At first, I thought that an image hadn't loaded. There is a lot of white overall. I might try to darken the gray dots background.

Yes, a little on the bland side but neverthless I like the effect.

The logo would benefit from being several times larger, say about two thirds of the box in which it sits.

The great number of boards is a litle bemusing.

...I am officially boycotting critiquing forums… Unless there is something completely mind-blowing about it, they are all the same. Sorry. I like the logo tho.

yeah i find that forums grow much slower these days, probs because theres so many of them. I think you need something else link useful downloads or something that will help draw people in. Wink

Agree with the rest, a bit dull, not much going well or attracting the visitors. Also way too many headers, a bit overwhelming for new visitors.

nice theme, very clean

as far as the forum conetent, seems like a lot of forums for so few users? maybe cut that down into a few more general forums until the userbase grows?

Personally, I don't think the site if dull. The logo is good, it reminds me of the Macromedia logo...

I agree with the others; there are way too many specific forums. You should combine some of them.

The layout is perfectly fine, it's simple, but attractive at the same time.
One suggestion: there should be more separation between the forum names and latest posts. Perhaps a thin grey line could do the job.

I think the dul effect works well. Personally i think it looks very god for a logo. The main page is sorta large and the forum seems to broken up. Agree that forums nowadays just dont attract as many people unless you have 1) a unique discussion or topics or 2) A whole lot of traffic

it looks dull but very clean, like every1 else i agree you have way too many forums , i think you should create a new homepage that will generally display all of it without the need to scroll so much down just to see what your site offers.
